"My flight was canceled due to coved19 tourist visa suspension of India Etihad Airways told me they put a note and I am eligible next flight credit but do through Flight Hub. No email to contact tried to call them only computer saying call back tomorrow after I go through several questions sayingif you think you still eligible press #. I tried to cancel through the website it greyed out not eligible. My booking next flight I will book through airline website no more Flight Hub"

"I booked a flight back in 2020 and it was canceled due to COVID-19. Flighthub said that I can use the flight cost credit. When I log into my account they say I need to call them to use my credit. Whenever I try to call them they don't answer or say leave your numbet and we will call you back. They never call back!!! They stole $1231 from me...very disappointed and thinking of suing them"
